What is the ruling on the fluid that exits the male organ when conversing with one's fiancée, and what is its effect on ablution (wudu'), in accordance with the Sharia (Islamic law)?

The suitor is a stranger to his fiancée, and conversation between them is not permissible except with Shariah-compliant controls: the existence of a need, assurance against temptation (fitna), and her not speaking in a soft, alluring manner. Sincere repentance (Tawbah Nasuh) is obligatory when these boundaries are overstepped, along with patience and chastity until marriage. What is discharged during conversation with the fiancée is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), which is impure. It necessitates washing the penis and testicles and performing ablution (wudu'). Sprinkling water is sufficient to cleanse clothes affected by it. However, if the surge of desire leads to the discharge of maniy (semen), then ghusl (full ritual bath) is obligatory by scholarly consensus.
