What is the ruling on the clear, viscous white fluid that is discharged after speaking with one's fiancée over the phone, and does it necessitate ghusl if its discharge continues thereafter?

The emission of any fluid from the two excretory outlets—be it madhy, wady, or anything else—invalidates and nullifies ablution (wudu), and it must be cleansed from the body and clothes. If its emission is continuous, the person is considered to be in the ruling of one afflicted with incontinence (sils). In this case, they should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun and take precautions against the spread of impurity. They can pray the obligatory prayer and as many supererogatory prayers as they wish with that ablution, and whatever is emitted thereafter does not harm them unless there is another nullifier or the time for the prayer expires.

It is obligatory to maintain prayer, for it is the pillar of the religion, and its abandonment is not justified by the emission of fluid.

It is not permissible for a suitor to speak with his fiancée unless there is a legitimate need and according to Sharia guidelines, because she is a stranger to him.
