What is the fluid that exits the penis when speaking normally with one's fiancée, what is its effect on prayer, and what is its ruling?

It appears that what is discharged is madhiy, which is a thin, white fluid that exits upon arousal or contemplation. Its ruling is that it is impure (najis) and nullifies ablution (wudu'). Therefore, it is obligatory to wash the penis and any part of the body or clothing that it has touched, and to perform ablution for prayer.
