The husband's statement, "If my mother leaves the house, your divorce paper will reach you," is a veiled reference to divorce. Divorce does not occur through this statement unless the husband intended to enact it.
If the husband did not intend divorce by this phrase, then no divorce occurs upon his mother's departure. However, if he did intend to enact divorce, then it occurs upon her departure.
If divorce occurs and it is less than three divorces, the husband may reconcile with his wife during her ' by saying: "I have taken back my wife," or through intercourse.
