What is the ruling on a husband asking his wife to transfer the ownership of land she inherited from her father to his name, and what should she do if he threatens to divorce her?

It is not permissible for a husband to threaten his wife with divorce in order to take her money, and it is forbidden for him to take her money under duress, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent," and the saying of Allah the Almighty: "But if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, take it and enjoy it with good cheer." The wife has the choice to give her money or to refuse, and her husband has the choice to keep her or divorce her.
