Is it permissible for a husband to expel his wife from the home during disputes under the pretext that it is his home?

It is not permissible for the husband to evict his wife from their dwelling as long as the marital relationship exists, nor even after divorce during the 'iddah period, based on the Almighty's saying: "Do not expel them from their houses, nor should they themselves leave, unless they commit a flagrant indecency." Thus, the prohibition of expelling the wife from her home includes times of arguments and other situations.
