Is it permissible to supplicate with the following supplication for self-protection: "In the Name of Allah upon myself, my family, and my wealth. In the Name of Allah, the Best of Names. In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing whatsoever on earth or in heaven can inflict harm; and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. I have fortified myself, my family, and my wealth with Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, Who never dies, while humans and jinn die. And may Allah remove from us evil and harm. And there is no power nor strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great"?

There is no harm in seeking refuge with this supplication and using it for ruqyah, as it carries no forbidden meaning.
