Is it true that there is a Quranic verse indicating the existence of other life on other planets?

There is no Quranic verse indicating the existence of life on planets such as the moon and Mars. However, there are verses that suggest Allah has living creatures dispersed throughout the heavens and the earth, such as His saying: {And among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and whatever living creatures He has dispersed throughout them both}.
