What is the ruling on working as a radiologist and ultrasound doctor without sufficient experience, when the intention is to learn through practice and reading simultaneously? Is the money earned in this case unlawful (haram) or lawful (halal)? Is it obligatory to prioritize studying over consistent work? And what about the doctor's responsibility towards her family in these difficult circumstances?

It is permissible for a woman to travel for work or residency in a Muslim country if the work adheres to Sharia guidelines and she is accompanied by a mahram, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel for a distance of one night unless she is accompanied by a mahram." If a woman is not proficient in medical work, she is not permitted to practice it, even if she holds a certificate for it. The mother's permission or the sister's accompaniment for travel is not required if the conditions for travel and work are met. Reading or similar activities during working hours are not permissible if they are not for the benefit of the work. One must be fully qualified for the job before taking it, especially a medical position, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever practices medicine without being known to be a physician is liable."
