What is the ruling on working for a company that maintains electrical generators for usurious banks, and what should the owner of the company do?

Maintaining and repairing equipment for interest-based banks, such as generators, ATMs, and air conditioners, is not permissible because it constitutes cooperation in sin, based on the Almighty's saying: [And do not cooperate in sin and aggression] (Al-Ma'idah: 2). The company owner must refrain from this, and if he insists, the worker should not obey him in this sin, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Obedience is only in what is good."
