It is not permissible to work for a company that provides usurious banks with programming or devices, due to the assistance it provides in sin, even if indirectly, based on the words of the Almighty: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if your work is limited to institutions with permissible activities, then there is no objection.
