Is the husband required to spend the night with his second wife in the hospital as a division for her, or is it permissible for him to go to his first wife?

The place of the division (of nights) is the home, not the hospital. Therefore, the husband is not obliged to spend the night with his second wife in the hospital. However, he should not spend the night with the first (wife) except with the permission of the second. If he spends the night without her permission, he is obliged to make up that night for her.
