What is Sheikh Al-Albani and Al-Ghazali's opinion on women's work?

The most befitting place for a woman is to remain in her home, as Allah Almighty commanded: "And abide in your houses." Nevertheless, it is permissible for her to work if she is in need of it, or if her society is in need of it, provided that the work is compatible with her nature and femininity, such as being a gynecologist or a teacher for girls. The decisive argument lies in the words of Allah and His Messenger; anything else can be accepted or rejected.
