Can the repentance of an adulterer and a sorcerer be accepted? And how?

Repentance is obligatory and, God willing, accepted if its conditions are met and before the death rattle. Allah Almighty has commanded His servants to repent and encouraged it. The conditions for repentance are three if the sin is between the servant and his Lord: cessation of the sin, remorse for it, and a firm resolve never to return to it. If the sin involves the right of another human being, a fourth condition is added: seeking forgiveness from the person whose right was violated. And whoever repents with sincere repentance, Allah will transform his evil deeds into good deeds, and he must conceal his own sins.
