Is there repentance for the adulterer, and what should he do regarding those whom he wronged because of his sin, and will Allah accept his repentance?

The verses: ﴿Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."﴾ and ﴿And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by [legal] right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever does that will meet a penalty. Multiplied for him will be the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated – except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. For them, Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.﴾ confirm that sincere repentance erases sins and replaces evil deeds with good ones. The penitent must return rights to their owners; if they are material possessions, he must return them. If it was backbiting, he should seek forgiveness for those he slandered, if asking for forgiveness would lead to discord; otherwise, he should not expose himself. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning his honor or anything else, let him ask for his forgiveness today before there will be no dinar or dirham (money) [to settle accounts]." And "Whoever conceals [the faults of] a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection."
