Is it permissible to purchase a refrigerator in installments from the military institution and then leave work immediately after, knowing that the salary is insufficient and the entitlements exceed the price of the refrigerator?
If your entitlements from the employer cover the price of the refrigerator or more, and you took the refrigerator with its price deducted from your entitlements upon leaving the job, then there is no harm in that, as the institution's right is not lost. By doing so, you escape the warning in the : "Whoever takes people's money with the intention of repaying it, Allah will repay on his behalf, and whoever takes it with the intention of destroying it, Allah will destroy him."
However, if the employment contract is for a fixed term, you are not permitted to leave it except with an excuse or with the consent of the other party, because a lease contract (Aqd al-) is among the binding contracts.
