What is the ruling regarding a husband sleeping amidst his daughters and sitting before them in his underwear?

It is better for the father to sleep in a separate room from his daughters, or on a separate bed if that is not possible, while observing the conditions if he is compelled to sleep with them on the same bed.

It is permissible for the father to sit in front of his daughters in his underwear if it covers his 'awrah (from the navel to the knee); otherwise, it is not permissible.

The father must observe modesty and proper conduct in front of his daughters, for shyness brings nothing but good.
