What is the ruling on going to the mourning tent to offer condolences to the deceased's family when one is unable to attend the burial and meet them to offer condolences? Does the ruling differ with or without the presence of a reciter? Does a dedicated events hall for condolences have the same ruling as a mourning tent? And is it permissible to offer condolences at the graveside by lining up to greet those offering condolences?

If the marquees do not involve forbidden matters, then there is no objection to going to them for condolences. The mere presence of a Quran reciter is not a preventative factor.

It is the Sunnah to visit the family of the deceased to offer condolences. If there is a reprehensible act among them, it should be denounced and clarified to them. The one offering condolences should combine both benefits: offering condolences and denouncing what is wrong, along with advising them.

As for offering condolences in cemeteries by the family standing in rows or similar, there is no objection to it.
