Is taking the easiest in only six matters considered following dispensations?

Taking the easier opinion regarding the number of issues or otherwise may be blameworthy if it is merely for desire and following whims without proof. However, it may not be blameworthy if it is due to a need, to alleviate hardship, or in imitation of a valid opinion among the sayings of scholars concerning what is incumbent upon the layman in matters of dispute. The criterion is the aforementioned guideline, not the number of issues.
