Is it permissible for a woman to have sexual intercourse with her slave?

It is not permissible for a slave to marry his mistress or to have intercourse with her, by the consensus of Muslims, and this is considered reprehensible. The scholars have agreed on the invalidity of such a marriage. Just as it is forbidden for a master to marry his female slave once he owns her, so too is it forbidden for a slave to marry his mistress. The prohibition includes sexual intercourse and its preliminaries.
