What is the husband's recompense from his Lord if he travels and leaves his wife displeased with him, while he is able to take her with him, and she has not forgiven him?

It is the wife's right upon her husband that he should not be absent from her for more than six months without an excuse. If he does so, he is unjust to her. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against oppressing women. The wife should gently explain this to her husband, and it is permissible to seek the help of wise people from relatives or religious and honorable individuals to advise him and clarify the religious, social, and psychological benefits of a man residing with his family. Furthermore, returning to his wife at close intervals provides her and their children with psychological happiness and moral chastity that surpasses material gains.
