Is working as an anesthesiologist considered permissible if the income is earned from medically unnecessary surgeries performed by other surgeons?

There is no objection to the work of an anesthesiologist, and they are not required to delve into the details of every case, as this falls to the specialists. However, if the doctor is certain that the surgery is completely wrong, or a mockery, or unnecessary, then it is not permissible for them to assist in this falsehood. And if they know a doctor who is manipulative or unqualified, they should not cooperate with them. The anesthesiologist must exercise caution when dealing with female doctors and patients, looking only at what is necessary, and avoiding seclusion (khalwa), handshakes, and laxity in speech. If they fear Allah, their work will be permissible and their earnings lawful.
