The questioner must exert effort to wake up and perform the prayer on time, especially Fajr, and it is not permissible to combine it with Dhuhr. Neglecting prayer causes psychological illnesses. Allah the Almighty said: "And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a restricted life."

If she takes a sleeping pill, she should delegate someone to wake her up. If she does not wake up due to the strength of the medication, then she should pray when she wakes up, and there is no sin upon her. However, not taking precautions for prayer indicates negligence and dereliction.
