Is it permissible to use cards or passwords to activate non-free software and operating systems due to the inability to purchase them, and if this is forbidden, what is the solution for operating the device with permissible and free software and systems?

It is not permissible to use programs except with the permission of their owners, because they are intellectual property rights. High prices do not justify violating them. Whoever can afford to buy should buy, and whoever cannot and is not granted permission should fear Allah and refrain from infringing upon the rights of others.
