What is the ruling on using a program on a mobile phone that works without a purchase code, while it requires one?

It is not permissible to copy programs or use pirated ones without the permission of their owners, because doing so infringes on their financial rights and violates the agreement. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with his willing consent." The prohibition is further emphasized if there was an oath involved, due to the risk of falling into a false oath (al-yamin al-ghamūs). Therefore, the program must not be used except through purchase or permission. It can be kept on the mobile phone if one is certain it will not be used; otherwise, it must be removed to prevent any means leading to what is forbidden.
