The meaning of a device's secret code is to prevent access or operation except with the owner's permission. Therefore, deciphering a device's code is an infringement upon the owner's right, and rights are protected in Islamic law, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours." Since this act is forbidden, trading in it is also forbidden. Thus, it is not permissible to sell a program that leads to infringing upon people's rights.
