If the salary has been agreed upon, the claimant has the right to openly demand the remainder of his salary. If he does not receive it with the employers' consent, he may take it from their wealth in any way he deems appropriate, as long as taking it does not lead to a greater harm. This is known as the issue of securing one's right.
