Whatever wealth a woman acquires is her exclusive right, and her husband is not permitted to prevent her from disposing of it except with her consent. If the husband promised to allow his wife to work during the engagement period, it is recommended for him to fulfill his promise. However, if there was no stipulation or customary understanding, the husband has the right to prevent his wife from working, and she must obey him in this matter. He may allow her to work in exchange for a portion of her salary, but he is not permitted to take her entire salary except with her consent. Mutual understanding and acting in a way that serves the family's interest and stability are advised.
