A woman's wealth is her exclusive right, and it is not permissible for the husband to take anything from it except with her consent or by a prior condition. If he gives her money as maintenance or a gift and she takes possession of it, it becomes her property, and he is not allowed to reclaim it except with her willing consent. She has the right to dispose of it as she wishes, such as by selling or giving in charity, unless it causes her harm that infringes upon his right.
