What is the ruling on an oath if it was unintentional or due to an unconscious, unintended habit?

Oaths uttered unintentionally do not incur sin or expiation, whether said secretly or openly, due to Allah's saying: "Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what you intended of oaths" (Quran 5:89), and His saying: "Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what your hearts have earned. And Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing" (Quran 2:225). A Muslim should not accustom themselves to swearing many oaths, in accordance with Allah's saying: "And do not make [your oath by] Allah an obstacle to your doing good" (Quran 2:224) and "And guard your oaths" (Quran 5:89).
