The answer

The name "Al-Kafeel" (The Guarantor) is one of Allah's Beautiful Names. He, Glorified be He, is the Guarantor of His creation's provisions and their appointed times. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar mentioned it among the ninety-nine names of Allah derived from the Holy Book, as transmitted from him by Hafiz Al-Hakami. The name is mentioned in His (Allah's) saying: {And you have made Allah your Guarantor}. Although some scholars did not include it among the ninety-nine names, these names are not exclusive, as Allah's names are more numerous than that.
