Working in a hotel where foreigners commit forbidden acts, such as eating in , is not permissible if your work assists in these forbidden acts. You must leave it immediately and seek another job, due to Allah's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect" [Quran 65:2-3], and His saying: "But do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Quran 5:2]. Serving them food in Ramadan is considered cooperation in disobeying Allah.
