If the girl is an adult and mature, and her stay in her grandfather's house is secure, then it is permissible for her to move there. An adult and mature person has the choice to reside with whomever they wish. However, if she is a female, she cannot live alone, and her father has the right to prevent her from doing so for fear of corruption.
