Is the saying "There is a secret in seven" a prophetic hadith?

There is no hadith, either in wording or meaning, stating that the number seven has a special property in all things. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that the special property of the number seven has been established by divine decree and Islamic law, such as: the creation of the heavens and earths as seven, the days as seven, and the circumambulation (tawaf), the striving (sa'y), and the stoning of the pillars (rami al-jimār) as seven.
