Is saying the Noble Verse, "Say, 'He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is knowing of every creation,'" permissible or an innovation when some hair falls out while combing it?

The noble verse: (Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is knowing of every creation") [Ya-Sin/79], refers to the resurrection of the dead on the Day of Judgment, and not to the revitalization of dead, falling hair. Therefore, it is not permissible to use it in this sense.
