"The agreement to custom-make and install teeth might fall under the contract of Istisna' (manufacturing contract), which is a matter of scholarly disagreement. Given that these teeth cannot be sold to anyone other than the person for whom they were custom-made, and that the clinic did not delay beyond the agreed-upon deadline (a maximum of seven days), the female doctor has a right against the questioner to the extent that it removes harm from her, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm." Therefore, the questioner must either take these teeth and pay their price to have them installed elsewhere, or reach an agreement with the clinic. This becomes obligatorily confirmed if the contract of Istisna' is deemed binding, especially after the manufactured item has been completed."
