Does a wife's right to legitimate housing fall if her infidelity is proven via telephone, and is it permissible for the husband to force her to live with her co-wife or to deport her to her home country while providing her with separate housing?

Perhaps what is meant by a wife's betrayal over the phone is her unlawful conversation with a man who is a stranger to her. This makes her disobedient to her Lord, but it is not considered nushuz (rebellion) that would cause her to forfeit her right to maintenance and housing. Nushuz is a wife's disobedience to her husband in matters obligated by marriage, such as her refusing his bed or leaving the house without his permission.

It is not permissible for a husband to house his two wives in one dwelling unless both consent. He must be just between them, even if they are in different countries.
