What is the ruling on one who committed haram acts including kissing and touching sensitive areas with his brother's wife, then repented and regretted what he did?

The enormities that have occurred are not too great for God's forgiveness, and repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. Part of sincere repentance is avoiding the causes of disobedience and cutting off the paths leading to it. You must sever your relationship with the woman and beware of Satan, and do not be lenient in dealing with her just because she is your brother's wife. Indeed, Islamic law has warned against this, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of entering upon women." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about the hamw (relatives of the husband)?" He said: "The hamw is death." The hamw refers to the husband's brother or similar relatives, and the meaning is that being in seclusion with a relative of the husband is even more dangerous.
