ما هو تعريف "الأرشد" لنظارة الوقف إذا اشترط الواقف النظارة للأرشد من أولاده؟

Scholars have differed in defining "Rushd" (sound judgment/rectitude). Some say it is guidance to aspects of goodness, others say it is the soundness of intellect and the preservation of wealth, and yet others say it is the rectitude of religion. It is the proper organization of thought and the systematic issuance of actions. The "Arshad" (most guided/most righteous) is the one most sound in intellect and religion, and most capable of preserving wealth.
