What is the ruling on my remaining in a place where I was subjected to mockery of religion, knowing the ruling on the one who mocks and what I must do?

The questioner's duty was to clarify the correct view and offer advice with wisdom and good counsel upon hearing what she believed to be objectionable, based on the Almighty's saying: "Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best," and the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." The questioner erred by remaining silent and not denouncing it, and she must seek forgiveness and repent. Despite the erroneous words, it cannot be judged as mockery, nor can the questioner's silence be considered approval.
