Is it permissible for a woman to work in a bank as an accountant, despite her husband's refusal, and her desire to work due to her husband's lack of responsibility?

May Allah reward you for seeking what is lawful. A believer must fear Allah and be gracious in their requests, for every body nourished by unlawful means, the Fire is more befitting for it. Just as Allah is good and accepts only what is good, how can one whose food, drink, clothing, and nourishment come from unlawful sources expect their prayers to be answered? Therefore, if the banks are usurious, it is not permissible to work in them. If the husband permits his wife to work, and she finds a permissible job, adheres to the Sharia (definition) guidelines in her dress and speech, and avoids being alone with men, then there is no objection to that.
