Is it permissible for me to pray Dhuhr at home instead of Friday prayer in the mosque, given that there is a sermon in a language other than Arabic, a bad smell, many mosquitoes, and intense heat?

The Friday sermon is valid in a language other than Arabic if one is unable to deliver it in Arabic, and attendance is obligatory for everyone. As for foul odors, mosquitoes, and ordinary heat, these are not excuses for missing Friday prayer as long as enduring them is within one's capability and there is no fear for one's self. However, if the heat is severe and causes extreme harm and hardship, then it is permissible to miss the congregational prayer. A Muslim must endure hardship in worship unless the situation reaches a point of fear for one's self or causes severe hardship, in which case it is permissible to miss Friday prayer and pray Dhuhr instead.
