Is there any responsibility upon the wife if her family requests a divorce, and the husband stipulates that he hear it from her, so she does so, and he divorces her?

If a woman seeks divorce due to harm inflicted upon her by her husband, there is no sin upon her. However, if there is no harm, she is not permitted to seek divorce, whether instigated by her family or others. Otherwise, she exposes herself to the stern warning of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any sound reason, the fragrance of Paradise will be forbidden to her."
