What is the ruling on breaking an oath that was made in a waking dream and then broken in a waking dream?

Daydreaming and the thoughts and wishes that occur within oneself do not entail any consequence in the ruling concerning an oath, for an oath is only concluded by uttering it according to the prescribed legal formulas. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah what they speak to themselves, as long as they do not utter it or act upon it." For an oath to be uttered, it is a condition that the voice be produced in such a way that the swearer can hear it himself, according to the majority of scholars. However, the Malikis and Al-Karkhi from the Hanafis stipulate the movement of the tongue with the letters, even if the swearer does not hear them. Based on this, there is nothing upon you regarding the oath you spoke to yourself as long as you did not utter it. It is advised to ignore and disregard obsessive thoughts.
