Is renewing a covenant with Allah (fasting three days) due to whisperings (waswasah) or for remembrance, necessitated by fasting the total number for the repetition of the covenant when the desired outcome is achieved?

We have previously clarified that the phrase "I covenant with Allah" is considered both a vow and an oath. If you covenant with Allah to fast for three days upon your recovery or the fulfillment of your wish, then you are obligated to fulfill this vow by fasting for three days once. You are not required to repeat the fulfillment unless you intended that or your words indicated it. If the repetition from you was for emphasis and not for establishing a new obligation, then you are only required to fast for three days once the condition is met.
