Is a salary earned from working in a law firm that handles cases such as drugs, adultery, and sodomy considered unlawful (haram)?

If those in charge of the office defend criminals and unjustly support them in some cases, then their work in these cases is void, and their earnings from it are forbidden, because it constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression. However, the earnings of the office workers are not entirely forbidden; rather, only that part which is in exchange for cases in which the office defends falsehood is forbidden.
