What should one do who cannot find someone to pray on their behalf in the mosque, and cannot close their commercial store due to difficulty in closing and the father's refusal?

The obligation of congregational prayer is established by the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever hears the call [to prayer] and does not come, there is no prayer for him, except for one who has an excuse." This is the view of most of the early Muslims (Salaf). Therefore, it is not permissible to abandon it due to the father's anger. Rather, you must explain the ruling and virtue of congregational prayer to your father in the gentlest terms, and [explain] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, intended to burn the homes of those who failed to attend it. Whoever fears Allah and maintains his prayer, Allah will bless him in his family and wealth. It is preferable for an influential person to offer this advice to your father.
