Is temporary lip lightening through injections containing vitamins permissible, or does it fall under the ruling on tattooing?

It is impermissible to inject the lips with needles to change their color in pursuit of increased beauty, even if the change is temporary. This is because it falls under the ruling of tattooing, which is forbidden, as stated in the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "May Allah curse the tattooist and the one who has herself tattooed."
