What is the meaning of "He who performs Hajj and does not engage inrafath (obscenity) or fusuq (disobedience) will return from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him"?

The noble Hadith (Whoever performs Hajj and does not engage in obscene speech or commit immorality will return as pure as the day his mother gave birth to him) means that whoever performs Hajj and refrains from lewd speech, sexual intercourse, and immorality, which is the commission of sins, will return without sins. This includes the forgiveness of minor and major sins, and transgressions related to the rights of Allah Almighty. Some scholars have held that the apparent meaning of the Hadith indicates forgiveness of major sins.
