Is it permissible to work for a contracting company that sometimes requires going to a usurious bank to withdraw company funds?

There is no harm in withdrawing money from usurious banks on behalf of relatives, unless it is known that this money constitutes usurious interest they intend to benefit from. They should be advised to transfer their accounts to Islamic banks when available.
